Purpose of this notice

This notice explains how xPurna respects the record-keeping requirements commonly associated with 18 U.S.C. 2257 and related regulations. Those rules are intended to help verify that performers appearing in covered depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct were adults at the time of production.

xPurna treats performer age verification, source compliance, and removal of illegal material as core safety requirements for the operation of this catalog.

Catalog and indexing role

xPurna is a catalog and search experience for third-party metadata, thumbnails, links, and embedded players. xPurna does not create, film, photograph, produce, commission, upload, sell, or host the underlying video files that may be reachable through third-party embedded players.

Because xPurna does not produce the third-party videos in its index, the original producer, content owner, source platform, uploader, or other legally responsible party is expected to maintain any performer identity and age records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257, 18 U.S.C. 2257A, 28 C.F.R. Part 75, and other applicable rules.

How we respect 2257 compliance

xPurna does not knowingly index, promote, or keep links to material involving minors, child sexual abuse material, coerced sexual conduct, trafficking, non-consensual sexual material, or other illegal content.

• We expect all source sites and content providers represented in the index to publish and follow their own 18 U.S.C. 2257 notices where required.
• We expect producers and custodians of records to maintain legally required performer identity, date-of-birth, alias, and record-location information.
• We remove or disable indexed pages, links, thumbnails, metadata, or embeds when we have a good-faith reason to believe a source is unlawful, unsafe, non-compliant, or unable to support required age-verification obligations.
• We respond to reports concerning missing 2257 notices, suspected minors, exploitation, coercion, non-consensual material, or inaccurate source information.
• We may block sources, hide catalog entries, preserve report information, and cooperate with lawful requests from appropriate authorities.

Records location for third-party content

For third-party videos, xPurna is not the custodian of performer records. Any statement identifying the location of 2257 records for a third-party video should be provided by the original producer, publisher, platform, or record custodian associated with that source.

If a source platform identifies a custodian of records, that custodian is the appropriate contact for performer records relating to the hosted content. xPurna may maintain internal catalog and report records, but those internal records are not a substitute for producer-maintained 2257 records.

Reporting concerns

If you believe an indexed xPurna page links to content that lacks required 2257 information, involves a minor, depicts non-consensual material, or otherwise violates law or source-platform obligations, contact support@xpurna.com with the exact xPurna URL, the source URL if known, and a clear description of the concern.

Reports involving child sexual abuse material, exploitation of minors, trafficking, coercion, or immediate danger should also be reported to the hosting platform and to appropriate law-enforcement authorities.
